Enhanced document search
We’ve revamped our search feature within the file viewer. You can now search PDFs using parameters like exact phrases and case sensitivity. With toggle arrows you can navigate through the highlighted key words (visible only in search mode).
The Excel viewer search is similarly updated but with three additional filters:
- Sheet: Search within the active sheet
- Range: Narrow down your search to the user-selected range
- Book: Explore the entire Excel file
Grouping results for efficiency
Refine results using the grouping dropdown menu for a targeted experience. Opt for ‘Group by match’ to organize results based on the exact state of the search result. Choose options to expand and collapse results, streamlining the review process.
Streamlining multi-project creation with default settings
Exclusive to Enterprise plan, this feature introduces default configurations for Branding, Security, and Data Storage in new projects.
Corporate account managers can now effortlessly establish necessary settings at the Corporate account level, ensuring they automatically apply to all newly created projects. This eliminates the need for VDR administrators to fine-tune security and branding settings post-room creation. You can now confidently deploy specific configurations, aligning seamlessly with company branding and security policies.
