Change file permissions in bulk

This new and intuitive feature allows users to set permissions by file type for entire user groups. Fully automated and confidential, users will no longer be required to process this manually or request a change from our Support Team.

This new option is applicable to all file types within our VDR. Users simply select the file type, choose the permission level, pick the user groups, and apply the new permission settings. Simple and secure.

New for Q&A

We continue to tailor our Q&A section, giving our users greater control over how they use our VDR, and ensuring our clients’ needs are consistently met. Here are the latest additions:

Sequential numbering of questions

The new sequential numbering setting simplifies our Q&A experience. Administrators can enable sequential numbering of questions allowing users to follow threads easily and answer queries faster. 

Auto-assign follow-up questions

We introduced an option to auto-assign follow-up questions within Q&A to streamline queries to your experts. With this added flexibility, users can fully direct Q&A sessions with less effort and greater clarity.

Additional control of email notifications

Choose how often you receive notifications of new activity within Q&A, whether instantly, in the morning, or in the evening – simply tailor the user experience to whatever works best.

Tighten your queries with draft editing

Those on the question side can edit their draft questions before submitting them, ensuring their query is as relevant as possible. Extra control that simplifies and speeds up the Q&A process.

We have streamlined the process for exporting your project index and revamped the download template, ensuring we capture public and private notes on export too.

Now faster than ever, our new Excel viewer ensures that all files convert, render, and open almost in real-time while maintaining all of the Excel functionality previously available.
