We believe our new server in Madrid has laid strong foundations for supporting the wider market within Spain. This is great news for our existing clients while increasing capacity for new clients. 

Import answers with Q&A

Our Import answers feature allows Answer coordinators to import answers from an Excel file. We understand that as projects progress, questions can stack up. This new feature enables you to answer them outside the data room and then easily import these answers back to the project.

Improved security and speed for data room export

Our data room export to flash drives process has been updated. 

• Admins can be reassured by the enhanced security within our flash drive recording process 
• We introduced automatic shortening of long paths to make working with archived projects easier 
• Increased speed of archiving and flash drives creation means we can deliver them faster

Verification by code on email

We introduced an additional email verification setting to cover one more security-related case. This functionality enables data room Admins to:

• Request users to confirm their email access
• Set when this request is sent to their users
• By-pass this check using a list of trusted emails and domains

The intuitive functionality ensures low impact on the user yet ensures maximum security, providing more peace of mind for our clients.

Additionally, it proves valuable in situations where data room users may have already departed from their respective companies; without access to their corporate emails, they would be unable to access the data rooms.
