Introducing a new era of Ideals

Today is an important milestone in the evolution of Ideals. You’ll notice a new look as we unveil our revitalized brand identity, a transformation that reflects our commitment to serving global advisory and corporate clients of all sizes.

I’ve been leading the Customer Success team at Ideals for over two years and have been struck by the drive to consistently deliver excellence and adapt to our customers’ evolving needs. As the business has grown and we’ve started working with new businesses in different territories, we’ve had to change how we do things. 

This meant welcoming new team members, optimizing our processes, and, most recently, launching a totally redesigned product user experience. All this while staying true to our values and our focus on providing the best customer experience.

Our growth has brought us to a place where it’s time for our brand to evolve as well, aligning with our expanding vision and goals. So, it’s my pleasure to introduce this new era of Ideals, one that sets the stage for our continued growth and enhances the value we bring to you.

What changes have we made to Ideals?

We’ve put significant thought and effort into creating a brand that reflects the high standards we set for ourselves. Here are some of the main changes you’ll notice:

  • Enhanced brand experience: Our new brand identity is designed to support your success at every step. The modern, clean design embodies our commitment to delivering an easy-to-use, secure environment that helps you close deals faster and collaborate more effectively.
  • Purpose-built solutions: We’ve restructured our subscription plans for greater clarity and precision. Our transparent pricing approach ensures you only pay for what you need—no hidden fees or unnecessary costs. 

These brand changes have already taken effect and the new plans are available on our website. Our focus has been on retaining the transparency that our customers expect, rather than relying on the misleading pricing models used by legacy VDR vendors.

Any active projects currently running in Ideals VDR will continue as planned. When it’s time for renewal or to start a new project, we’ll guide you through selecting your tailored-fit solution for a seamless transition.

Why now?

Our brand refresh reinforces the high standards you expect from Ideals. After introducing our new product user experience this summer, we were once again recognized as the top-rated VDR on G2 for the fifth consecutive year. 

This new identity gives us a stronger foundation to ensure you get the same consistent level of excellence across our products, services, and communications.
