Take control of your active sessions

Worried about unauthorized access? Now, with session self-management, users can remotely sign out of other active sessions and maintain control over their account security.

How it works

• View all active sessions across devices from the Security settings panel.
• Remotely sign out from any session to immediately revoke access.
• Re-authentication required for re-entry, adding an extra layer of protection.

Available for all users, including trial projects, and accessible on both web and mobile (excludes desktop and document sign-ins). Sign-in details such as platform, location, and timestamp are provided, though some attributes may be unavailable due to VPNs or browser limitations.

We’ve introduced new tools to simplify user and group permission management, making it easier for admins to assign, search, and navigate permissions efficiently.

Bulk download truncation
(Windows users only)

To enhance the download experience for Windows users, we’ve optimized how long file paths are handled when downloading multiple files or folders.

New handling options

• Truncate names (default): document paths will be shortened to 200 symbols. No additional tools are required to work with the archive.
• Keep original names: one of the recommended tools is needed to work with archive: NanaZip, 7-Zip, or WinRAR

These updates align with our existing file name truncation logic used in USB and Downloadable archives, ensuring a more seamless and reliable download experience.
